The Pines at Utica Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation invites you to a free CEU webinar.

Ethical value-driven and resident preferences is an increasingly important topic for professionals wishing to enhance their skills and understanding of the end-of-life journey. This course will assist social workers and case managers in the following areas:

  • Attendees will identify standards of serving seniors and their families based on ethical values in aspects of end-of-life planning.
  • Attendees will be able to demonstrate person-centered awareness as it relates to identifying appropriate interventions.
  • Attendees will identify appropriate ways of interviewing and helping skills and describe common missteps in having ‘The Conversation.’
