Our Residents are the Heart of Everything
Nothing has ever been more important to us than the health and well-being of our residents, families, and staff. Below are just a few of the measures we initiated and continue to implement to care, protect, and advocate for those that have placed their trust in us:

To provide residents and families with added peace of mind, we launched the WE CARE Family Communication Tool, a new way for you and your loved ones to receive updates and communications from our Center.

We implemented mandatory supplemental training for all staff about coronavirus and best practices for patient care, infection control, and personal safety – building on the training our staff receives at regular intervals throughout the year.

We are reinforcing housekeeping and disinfection schedules, strict handwashing, hygiene, and infection control protocols.

We screen staff daily and closely monitor for possible exposure of illness per infection control best practices and state and federal guidelines.

We procured additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure that all team members in the facility have appropriate protection.

Our clinicians rotate throughout our Center 24-hours-a-day to observe residents and ensure that all housekeeping, hygiene, and infection control measures are carried out appropriately. Our clinicians are also available on the floor to respond to questions from residents and staff.

We enhanced communications with families and their loved ones through virtual visits and social media updates.

Our Unit Nursing and Medical Staff are reaching out to families to keep them updated on any change in resident condition.
